The formula to determine our Max Allowable Offer is 90% of CCV (Current Condition Value),
(the price it will get an offer for with doing little to no work on it on the MLS in 30 days)
Then minus at least $30k (for our profit).
If the deal you have is off-market, and the seller is motivated and willing to accept the offer in that range,
TELL THE SELLER YOU ARE WAITING FOR A FINAL DECISION FROM YOUR TEAM TO SEE IF YOU CAN MAKE AN OFFER AND YOU CAN GET BACK TO THEM IN A FEW DAYS. *
